Dave is an Automotive Service Technician Instructor who has won numerous track championships at Terrace Speedway. Before teaching at Coast Mountain College in 2006, Dave completed his foundation training here. Then he transferred to Okanagan College to finish his AST apprenticeship training. He has also gained a PID Instructor Certificate at Vancouver Community College.
“My favourite part about teaching is when I see my students transform from knowing very little about working on vehicles to being successful in the shop.”
Dave teaches at the Terrace campus and likes to spend his free time camping in the local region. He notes that riding an ATV through Telkwa Pass is amazing because of the very impressive scenery.
