Service Desk (CMTN Support Portal)
Employees can access technology services; facilities support and so much more via the CMTN Support Portal, powered by TeamDynamix. Here you can submit requests for Maintenance Work Orders, Security Issues, Printing Services, IT Equipment Support and Access, Password Reset requests, and more.

SharePoint Portal
Coast Mountain College SharePoint Portal is a secure storage space for staff documents, guidelines and forms including templates for procedures, timesheets, org-charts and more.
Email
All employees have an @coastmountaincollege.ca email which can be accessed through Outlook for desktop on your assigned Coast Mountain College computer and also via the M365 link in the Useful links menu at the bottom of all Coast Mountain College website pages. All communications for your work with Coast Mountain College are expected to be sent and received via your @coastmountaincollege.ca email.
Colleague
Colleague is an educational enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed to support everything from student services to financial management and payroll systems. Please connect with your department head or manager regarding Colleague training.
myCMTN
myCMTN allows employees and students access to schedules, self-serve registrations, transcripts, tuition payments and many other services. As an Employee, you can obtain an electronic copy of your T4 using this account. You can also update your emergency contacts and contact information using myCMTN's self-service features.
Brightspace
As the College’s online learning management system (LMS), Brightspace houses course materials, student and employee training opportunities and more. Materials for many courses are provided online through this platform to better support student access and engagement.
