Request transcripts
Official transcripts are used by educational institutions during the admissions or the transfer credit process.
Students who apply for admission to post-secondary institutions are generally required to provide official transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
Ordering Transcripts:
Students may request a Coast Mountain College official transcript online at myCMTN
or
At the registration desk of any Coast Mountain College campus.
Fees for transcripts are for each copy ordered, and are payable in advance. There is a processing fee of $10 for each transcript/delivery method requested.
Please note: Official transcripts will not be processed for students who have outstanding debts to the College.
Service:
Transcripts are ready within 2 business days of payment.
Transcripts are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week.
Delivery options:
EMAIL – Official transcripts are sent to the organization you indicate on your request form via registered official email and is considered official transcript by other institution.
MAIL - sealed transcripts are sent to the mailing address you indicate on your order form.
Regular orders are sent by Canada Post regular mail. It can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.
PICK UP - sealed transcripts can be held for you to pick up at the CMTN campus that you indicate on your order form. Note that transit time between campuses is not included in the service time to produce official transcripts.
- You must present photo ID when picking up your transcript order. Your ID must match the name on your transcript.
- Only you are allowed to pick up your official transcript. Under special circumstance, a signed letter of permission accompanying the third party may be acceptable for individuals picking up transcripts on behalf of the student.
