Only submit this form when your travel plans have been finalized. Do not re-submit forms, unless there has been a significant change to your travel plans.

Note: Letters of Support for travel will no longer be issued. Students will be expected to carry all required documentation as per Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
