Checking in

All International students are asked to arrive on campus five days before scheduled classes start. Please notify the Registrar's Office of your planned arrival date. Be sure to include your flight itinerary and student number.

Please note that if you plan to arrive more than seven days before the start of your program, you are responsible for additional health insurance coverage.  Visit our Medical Insurance page for details.

Most students arrive by air and details regarding airport transportation from our regional airports to your campus will be sent by email in your pre-arrival package. If you have any questions contact our International team at Learn more about arriving in Canada and getting here.

Once you arrive, please come to the Registration Office located in TerraceSmithers or Prince Rupert, to confirm your arrival and finalize your details regarding accommodation.
