Coast Mountain College is a proud member of the UArctic network - a collaboration of universities, colleges and research institutions concerned with education and research about the north.
Currently there are more than 200 member institutes from around the globe participating in the consortium which focuses on:

Pathways
Membership with the UArctic provides exciting pathways for CMTN faculty and students.
North2North program
Students at participating institutions in the north2north student mobility program can apply for an exchange grant to another partner university. Learn more at www.uarctic.org.
Research
CMTN faculty are invited to participate in academic conferences and research opportunities in science, social sciences, as well as teaching and learning. Faculty from Coast Mountain College recently attended the second UArctic Congress, which was held September 2018 and hosted by the University of Oulu and the University of Helsinki.
Endorsement
Institute members have opportunities to have UArctic academic endorsement on applicable courses or programs. This would include courses or programs that are developed with northern content, traditional knowledge, disciplinary and with an international delivery component.
Promotion
CMTN courses and programs can be connected and promoted though the UArctic network. This provides further opportunities for reciprocal study abroad opportunities.
