With all the daily stressors with going back to school on campus, it's important to make time to ground yourself so you can set yourself up for success.
Join us via Bluejeans on Tuesday, Sept. 26 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. with Sandra Martin Harris to learn about traditional grounding exercises to help centre your mind and how to deal with stress.
