Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Terrace campus, invites applications for a full-time continuing Director of Finance, commencing as soon as possible. The salary for this position is $158,958 annually plus a comprehensive benefits plan.

Duties: The Director of Finance safeguards the assets of the College and collaborates with senior leadership,
union representatives, and stakeholders to drive fiscal accountability and innovation. This role ensures
effective financial planning, management, and compliance in alignment with institutional goals and
regulatory requirements.
Key components of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to achieve institutional missions and goals.
- Budget planning and management in a multi-campus, multi-union post-secondary environment to ensure financial responsibility and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Timely financial reporting, compliance, and oversight.
- Risk assessment, management, and mitigation.
- Policy development, implementation and maintenance.
- Organizational leadership and development
- Community engagement and relationship building
