February 10 - Information about stress and wellbeing. Activity: Making Valentine’s Day goodie bags.

February 24 - Information about managing anger. Activity: Painting with paint by number canvases.

Let's make Monday a day of awareness of mental health!

We will discuss one topic every Monday and provide information and available resources to help our community discussion. We will have activities! Collaborate with the student union!

The student union will also be available to speak on the "Student Union Health and Dental Plan."

Light snacks and drinks will be provided. At the end of each event, we will hold a lucky draw. If you attend four Mindful Monday Munch, you can get a Loyalty card and win a gift.
