    Rio Tinto Alcan Bursary

    Description

    Rio Tinto Alcan established an ongoing bursary fund of $500 per year. This fund is the result of a donation to the Coast Mountain College Endowment Fund. Applicants for the Rio Tinto Alcan Bursary must be enrolled in a full-time credit program and must demonstrate financial need.

    Criteria

     To be eligible a student must:

    • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee, and BC resident;
    • Be enrolled full-time (60% course load min) in a credit program;
    • Demonstrate financial need.
