Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Terrace campus, invites applications for a full-time term Regional Contracts Officer position commencing June 22, 2026 and ending March 31, 2027. Salary will be in accordance with the BCGEU Support Staff, Level 13: $2,747.50 biweekly plus a comprehensive benefits plan.

Duties: This position is responsible for developing relationships with clients and funders with the goal of securing educational contracts that contribute to the growth of CMTN by supporting strategic goals, meeting mandates and generating revenue. This position is primarily responsible for the program/project management of any course or program as described on an educational contract.
Key components of the role may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate all aspects of work related to contract course and program delivery, collaborating with internal departments to ensure educational standards are maintained and contract deliverables are met
- Compile, develop, and administer contract program budgets; authorize payments including supplies, expenses, salaries, and fees; closely monitor and reconcile budgets on a monthly basis
- Research labour market data, identify training opportunities, and determine the feasibility of new programs by assessing curriculum development, implementation costs, and revenue generation
- Develop and prepare program proposals and budgets; respond to Requests for Proposals to seek funding for programs
- Liaise with Ministry, partners, and other College department staff ensuring accuracy of program reporting, financial invoicing, and reconciliation
- Evaluate the delivery and results of programs and make recommendations for changes and improvements for future proposal submissions
- Oversee portfolio of programs and coordinate between campuses and departments to achieve cost efficiencies and ensure programs align with strategic plan goals and objectives
