Human Rights at Work

This workshop aims to increase attention to inclusion, teamwork, and knowledge and skills to contribute to respectful work spaces and to prevent discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace. Topics include:

  • verifying the laws impacting the workplace for discrimination, harassment and bullying
  • working through case studies to determine what conduct is discrimination, harassment and/or bullying
  • understanding how to address someone who violates workers and human rights, including complaint avenues
  • identifying specific responsibilities and liabilities for a respectful workplace of employees, supervisors and employers
  • accessing additional resources for further awareness and prevention of discrimination, harassment and bullying
