University Canada West Transfer Agreement
Coast Mountain College (CMTN) and the University Canada West (UCW) have partnered to offer an admissions pathway. Complete your Business Administration Certificate or Diploma at CMTN and transfer directly into the Bachelor of Commerce program at University Canada West.
The UCW Bachelor of Commerce degree program offers concentrations in:
- Business Communications
- Accounting
Complete your two-year Business Administration Diploma at CMTN and block transfer all 60 credits (20 courses) towards the Bachelor of Commerce degree at UCW.
Pathway requirements
In order to be guaranteed admission, you must meet the following criteria:
- Apply direct to the UCW Bachelor of Commerce degree program
- Submit transcripts demonstrating successful completion of the Business Administration Diploma at CMTN
- Meet the program admission requirements as outlined on the UCW website
For direct entry to a degree concentration, you must meet the following requirements:
Students who have successfully completed two years in the Business Administration Diploma with a minimum cumulative average of B- or over with no individual course grade lower than a C will be given a block credit of 60 credits with specific course exemptions at UCW.
