Smithers, BC -- Coast Mountain College and the Town of Smithers extend a warm welcome to the new cohort of business students beginning their studies at the Smithers campus. This spring intake comprises of 40 students from across the globe, including India, Nigeria, Pakistan, and the Philippines.
"The students are here, they are very engaged, and they are eager to be a part of the Smithers community,” says Dr. Titi Kunkel, Vice President, Academic, Students, and International. "The Business Program has been going for a few years. We have graduates who have stayed on in Smithers, working and filling job vacancies. As always, we are thankful that the Smithers community welcomes our international students and supports them with accommodation and employment.”
