Baking
This course will expand your skills in the pastry arts component of the Professional Cook trade by learning the theory behind the successful preparation of desserts and pastries and then demonstrating your skills in the bakeshop. Learners will also be able to practice their baking skills that includes a local Indigenous focus.
Delivery is classroom and hands on in the culinary kitchen on the Terrace campus.
This course is required as part of the West Coast Culinary Diploma Program.
