Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Terrace campus, invites applications for an Employee Services Assistant position, commencing as soon as possible and ending March 31, 2025. Salary will be in accordance with the BCGEU Support Staff Scale, Level 9: $2,292.50 biweekly plus a comprehensive benefits plan.

Responsibilities: The Employee Services Assistant will perform administrative functions supporting the employee journey at CMTN. They will enhance the employee experience by responding to inquiries or concerns received via telephone, or email ensuring timely customer service.
Tasks will include:
- Prepare postings, receive applications, field enquiries from candidates, distribute application packages to selection committees, providing advice and assistance to committees as required
- Process employee leave plan accruals and tracking employee leave plan usage
- Receive, code, and submit expense claims for payment
- Provides support for special projects and events
- Other related duties of similar scope and complexity as required
